    FLAT CONDITIONS

    CHECK-IN: from 4.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

    Please contact Rosa dei Venti reception for arrivals outside these hours

    CHECK-OUT: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

    MINIMUM STAY:

    4 nights from 10/05 to 14/06 and from 13/09 to 05/10 with an extra charge of €50 for cleaning and services for the three-room apartment and €30 for the two-room apartment
    7 nights with arrival on Saturday from 14/06 to 13/09

    DEPOSIT:

    €100, payable in cash on arrival and to be collected on departure after checking the flat

    FREE SERVICES:

    Water, electricity, gas and WI-FI

    EXTRA COSTS:

    Bed/bath linen hire to be paid on site directly to R.T.A Rosa dei Venti € 30.00 (weekly change of towels, change of bed linen and towels for two-week stays)
    On request small cleaning of the flat (tidying up) and change of bed/bath linen for all flat occupants € 70.
    Cot (0-3 years old) € 6 per day (on request and subject to availability)
