    MINIMUM STAY::

    • 3 nights from 05/16 to 06/13 and from 09/12 to 09/26, with extra fee for cleaning & services €30 for Two bed apartament and €50 for the Three Bed Apartament
    • 7 nights width check-in on Saturday from 06/13 to 09/12

    DEPOSIT:

    €100, payable in cash on arrival and to be collected on departure after checking the flat

    FREE SERVICES:

    Water, electricity, gas and WI-FI
    Climate

    EXTRA COSTS:

    Bed/bath linen hire to be paid on site directly to R.T.A Rosa dei Venti € 20.00 (weekly change of towels, change of bed linen and towels for two-week stays)
    On request small cleaning of the flat (tidying up) and change of bed/bath linen for all flat occupants € 70.
    Baby cot (0-3 years old) € 6 per day (on request and subject to availability)
